How can I add a recurring donation manually?

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Visit your charity's dashboard

Head to www.give.asia and log in with your charity account credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Dashboard

Click on the "Manage Charity" button located at the top right corner of the page to enter your dashboard.

Step 3: Add New Recurring Donor

Navigate to charity dashboard. On the sidebar, click on the "Donations" tab.

Click on the "Add A New Donation" button.

On the sidebar, click on the "Donors" tab and subquently click the "ADD NEW RECURRING DONOR" button on the top right cornor of the following page.

Step 5: Customize Details

Manage frequency, charge dates, card details, and more effortlessly as you automatically add donors to your CRM and "Submit".

At any time, you can easily manage the recurring donation and view live history and next charge information. Update the credit card or edit the donation amount with just one click easily! 

What happens to recurring donations after my campaign ends?

Recurring donations will continue even after your campaign ends.

If a donor started a recurring donation through a campaign, the recurring donation will stay connected to that campaign while the campaign is active.

Once the campaign is closed, the recurring donation will continue as a recurring donation to your charity directly. It will no longer be connected to any specific campaign.

The donations will continue to be processed as long as the donor’s recurring donation remains active, and the funds will be transferred to your charity’s registered bank account through the usual payout process.

This helps your charity continue receiving steady support even after a specific campaign has ended.
