How do I submit documents to my campaign for verification?

Once your campaign is eligible for verification, our team will email you a secure link where you can upload the required documents. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam or junk folder) for this message.

A Give.Asia case supporter will also reach out to guide you through the process and ensure everything is in order.

1. Official Documents

Medical
  • Photo Identification – A valid ID of the beneficiary (e.g., passport, national ID, or birth certificate).
  • Medical Documents – Official hospital or doctor’s documents with an official stamp and date. These should include the beneficiary’s full name, ID number, hospital name, medical condition, and doctor’s evaluation.
  • Financial Documents – Recent hospital bills and any proof of financial difficulty (e.g., income statement, employment certificate, or other supporting documents).
Charity
Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief
  • Written correspondence between you and the non-profit organization
  • Photo Identification – A valid ID of the fundraiser (e.g., passport, or national ID).
Animal
  • Medical Documents – Official veterinary records detailing the recommended treatment plan and estimated medical costs, stamped and signed by the attending veterinarian or clinic.
  • Financial Documents – Proof of financial difficulty, such as vet bills, receipts, or other supporting documents showing inability to cover the costs.
  • Photo Identification – A valid ID of the fundraiser (e.g., passport, or national ID).
Private
  • Photo Identification – A valid ID of the fundraiser (e.g., passport, or national ID).
  • Written correspondence between you and the non-profit organization
  • Fundraising Plan – A brief outline of your internal or organizational fundraising plan, or a written justification explaining how the fundraising target was determined.
  • Death Certificate – Required for memorial or bereavement-related fundraising campaigns.

  4. Add photos or videos – Visuals help donors understand and connect with your story.
  5. Explain your fundraising goal – Give a simple breakdown of how the funds will be used.

How to Upload Documents?

Our system or your case supporter will send you a link where you can upload documents.

  1. Once clicked, you will be directed to a secure page that shows you the Documents Checklist and the option to upload the documents by clicking on Browse File.

NOTE: Please label your documents properly before uploading.

  1. Once you’ve confirmed that everything is complete, please click Upload files.

NOTE: If you’re still missing some requirements, you can still go ahead and click Upload files for now — you’ll be able to return to the same upload link later to add the remaining documents once they’re ready.
