What is Give.Asia?
Founded in 2009, Give.Asia is one of Asia's oldest crowdfunding platforms. Give.Asia is a free platform for individuals, groups and organizations to raise funds for charities and personal causes. We have raised over SGD 80 million for charitable causes and partners with 700+ organizations across Asia.
Give.Asia, together with three other fundraising platforms in Singapore, co-developed the Code of Practice for Online Charitable Fund-Raising Appeals with the Commissioner of Charities to uphold standards of transparency and accountability.

Types of Campaigns
Give.Asia is a platform primarily supporting causes that benefit the community and society. The majority of campaigns relates to medical, charity, humanitarian aid and disaster relief, animals, private (memorial funds, corporate internal fundraising, support funds for family members).
| Personal Campaigns |
1. Medical Campaigns The most common type of personal campaign on Give.Asia. You can start a medical campaign to raise funds for someone in need of emergency medical treatment or facing sudden health challenges. Donations are sent directly to hospitals, medical service providers, or non-profit organizations on behalf of the patient. 2. Disaster Relief and Humanitarian Aid Campaigns Support communities affected by natural disasters or humanitarian crises by starting a campaign for relief and recovery. Donations are sent directly to credible NGOs or non-profit organizations working in disaster-affected areas. 3. Animal Campaigns Start an animal campaign to help fund medical care for animals in need. Give.Asia prioritizes abandoned, rescued, or community (stray) animals. All donations go directly to veterinary clinics for medical treatment. |
| Charity Campaigns |
If you’re raising funds for one of the 800+ registered charities and non-profits on Give.Asia, you can start a charity campaign. Donations are sent directly to the chosen charity, so you don’t need to handle the funds yourself. Charity campaigns are published immediately upon creation, and donors may be eligible for tax deductions, where applicable. |
Campaign Visibility Settings
Both personal and charity campaigns can be set to either Public or Private visibility:
- Public Campaigns: Visible to everyone on Give.Asia, helping you reach more potential donors.
- Private Campaigns: Hidden from the public. Suitable for sensitive or personal causes and only accessible to people you share the link with.

Getting Your Campaign Approved
All campaigns must go through a verification process before being published on Give.Asia, except for those created under registered charities.
The most common reason for a campaign being rejected is insufficient information. To speed up approval, make sure you provide complete details and official supporting documents about your situation.

How long does it take to get a fundraising campaign approved?
When you first submit a fundraising campaign on Give.Asia, it will be set to Pending. This means your campaign is not yet live on the platform.
While your campaign is pending, our team will contact you to request the required documents and additional details needed for verification. This step ensures that every campaign on Give.Asia is legitimate, transparent, and trustworthy.
Once all documents are received and verified, your campaign will be approved and published on the site, making it visible to the public and ready to accept donations.
The approval time depends on how quickly the requested information is submitted. Our team strives to process verifications as efficiently as possible so you can start fundraising sooner.

Thank You Video Message
It’s also very important to record a short thank-you video message before your campaign goes live.
Before publishing, your pending campaign page will display a prompt at the top that says “Record a simple thank-you video for your givers in less than a minute.”
- Click Prepare for recording to begin. You can record a short message, up to 15 seconds, expressing your gratitude to future donors. A genuine, heartfelt thank-you helps build trust and inspires more people to give.
Fees Involved
Give.Asia does not charge any commission, platform, or administrative fees.
How do payouts or withdrawals work?
To maintain trust and transparency and reduce the risk of fraud, Give.Asia only processes payouts to verified and trusted organisations, except for approved private campaigns.
All payouts are processed on the 5th of every month. To be included in that cycle, please submit your payout request form by the 15th of the previous month.
In urgent cases, our team will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
